Bill Sloan

Bill Sloan is the Chief Financial Officer of Coaction. As CFO, he is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance & strategy, and investor relations.

Bill has 20 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industry. He most recently served as a Managing Director and Head of Insurance Solutions at Sculptor Capital Management, a global alternative asset manager. Previously, Bill served in a variety of senior investment banking and strategy roles focused on the insurance sector at firms including J.P. Morgan and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In addition, he has served on various boards in the Specialty Insurance and Reinsurance industry. He began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young. Bill has extensive experience in corporate finance, strategy, mergers & acquisitions, new business formations, capital raising, capital markets, and initial public offerings.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, and received his Certified Public Accountant designation.
