Keyan Shahdi

As Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, Keyan is responsible for all aspects of our company’s enterprise risk management framework. He has extensive experience in domestic and international insurance and reinsurance from his various roles with mutual, publicly traded, and global re/insurance carriers. Prior to joining Coaction, Keyan served as SVP and Chief Risk Officer at SCOR, leading the P&C risk management function across the Americas. Previously, he was Global Head of Pricing for Commercial Programs & MGAs at AIG, which encompassed actuarial pricing and portfolio analytics for commercial programs and schemes in 25 countries. Before taking on this role, Keyan was responsible for risk management of AIG’s Global Specialty Lines, covering Aviation, Marine, Political Risk, Surety, Trade Credit, Environmental, and MGAs/Programs. Keyan began his career as an equity analyst with the Center for Financial Research & Analysis (CFRA). He holds an M.B.A. from The College of William & Mary’s Mason School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business.
