Bertrand Spunberg is the Chief Operating Officer for Co/Action Specialty Insurance Group. With over 24 years of experience in the insurance industry, Spunberg has deep insurance expertise which he leverages to lead the transformation and modernization of insurance operations. After almost a decade in underwriting with AIG, he joined Hiscox USA where he was most recently the Head of Strategy, Transformation, Data & Change. In that capacity, he spearheaded large scale business and digital transformation initiatives. Spunberg has an extensive track record of delivering near- and long-term outcomes while building future forward capabilities through technology and data.
